WE ALWAYS LOVE GIVING BACK AND WORKING ON IMPORTANT EVENTS THAT BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.
We estimate this project will take 60 hours for the GRAPHIC DESIGN for the event, based on our experience working on similar events.
Below you will find a breakdown of the estimated hours based on our understanding of the work required. If work goes under the estimated hours, the final invoice will be lower. If we are reaching the top end of the estimated hours, I will let you know and we can discuss how to proceed based on your budget.
We are offering our 60/40 not-for-profit discount for this event. As part of our overall partnership, we would like to discuss a small sponsorship opportunity and the addition of 2 tix to the event to be included in our package, if possible.
BREAKDOWN
ITEMS HOURS
Theme Design
Create theme board for review with design ideas, colors, fonts, design icons etc.
This will be the brand standard we will use when creating all materials.
Create event logo from the approved 2024 theme
Create and/or purchase graphics, icons, fonts for the event materials

Event Program (aprox 12 pages based on the 2023 program)
Create design from approved theme
Design and layout all pages
Edits and changes as needed – up-to 2 rounds of edits
Foundation to provide all copy
Provide final print files and deliver to the printer
Coordinate with printer as needed

Event Signage – Aprox 10-12 signs ex: Welcome, Champagne Reception, Auction, Sponsors etc
Create templates, layout each sign as directed
Edits and changes as needed – up-to 2 rounds of edits
Foundation to provide all copy
Provide final print files and deliver to the printer
Coordinate with printer as needed

Social Graphics and Stories
Create templates for 1080 x 1080 square images and 1080 x 1920 story size images
Foundation to provide all copy/direction on what graphics to provide
Provide final digital files
Not sure of how many graphics you will need so keeping at, from my experience, is a guestimate at total time.
